Our primary challenge was building a robust, multi-user platform from scratch for martial arts schools and students, integrating complex role-based access with seamless registration and class scheduling, all while prioritizing efficiency and user-friendliness for a quick e-commerce experience.

Project Objective
The goal was to design and build a specialized online platform that enables martial arts masters to establish and manage their schools effectively, and provides students with an easy, modern way to register for classes. Our objective was to create a streamlined system that simplifies administrative tasks for schools and offers a clear, engaging, and efficient registration experience for students.
Approach
Role-Specific User Flows: We meticulously designed distinct, yet harmonized, user flows and interfaces for both martial arts masters (admins/vendors) and students (including parents registering children). This ensures clarity and efficiency for each user type.
Intuitive School Profile Builder: The design focused on making it effortless for masters to build comprehensive school profiles, including class details, schedules, and necessary documents, all accessible via a single shareable link.
Streamlined Registration Experience: We prioritized a quick and simple online registration process for students, aiming to eliminate manual back-and-forth communication and automatically populate student details into the school's dashboard.
Clear Information Hierarchy: The platform's layout was structured to present complex information—like custom class schedules and document approvals—in an organized and easily digestible manner, enhancing usability for both students and school administrators.
Interactive Experience
We implemented dynamic features and interactions to enhance usability and engagement for both martial arts schools and their students:
Quick Online Sign-ups: The core interaction centers around a quick, single-link registration process, minimizing friction for students and automatically populating data for masters.
Customizable Scheduling Interface: Masters can easily create and manage custom class schedules, with an interactive display ensuring students only see relevant classes based on age, style, and level.
Simplified Document Management: Interactive forms and digital approval processes were integrated, allowing students and parents to conveniently complete health forms and approve terms online during registration.
Dashboard Automation: Student details are automatically added to the master's dashboard, providing real-time, organized data and simplifying student management.
